At City Tribe Pod, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and with care. Each product is carefully inspected, packaged, and shipped to ensure premium quality arrives at your doorstep.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an order confirmation email after checkout, and another email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times by region:

  • United States & Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Europe & United Kingdom: 7–12 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

(Please note: made-to-order or print-on-demand items may take an additional 2–4 days for production.)

Order Tracking

Every shipment includes tracking information. Once your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow your package all the way to your door.

  • Flat-rate standard shipping for smaller orders

Delays & Assistance

Sometimes, factors outside our control — like customs or weather — can cause slight delays. If that happens, our support team will stay in touch until your order arrives safely.
We guarantee transparency and full support until delivery is complete.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us at wildstlye22@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll investigate and either reship or refund your order — stress-free.
